“I have a 2021 Can Am Ryker Rally. At approximately 3,000 miles I noted that when in a left turn the rear tire beings to wobble back and forth. During this time the throttle becomes unresponsive and reduces power. Example, I can be in a gradual left turn going 40 PMH and when the wobble begins, it will drop the speed to around 25 MPH. When I come out of the turn, power returns and the bike return to normal. During this transition, you have to be ready for this as it can be very unexpected as you are fighting the handlebars to go left. During each event I don’t get a fault code. …”

The vehicle stability system engages with zero warning and at any speed and road condition. This immediately restricts the RPM to 5200 maximum, or approximately 57mph on a flat, 54 on an incline, 60 on a downhill. …”
NHTSA complaint #11551666, filed 2023-10“BRP's Vehicle Stability System (VSS) engages randomly on left turns, cutting engine power, applying braking, and temporary stalling around curves at normal driving speeds. This situation is a serious driving hazard as may suddenly jerk erratically, causing temporary loss of control of vehicile. This has happened on several occassions, and is a known problem to BRP. …”
NHTSA complaint #11474724, filed 2022-07“The contact owns a 2021 Can-Am Ryker Rally Motorcycle. The contact stated that while driving at 35 MPH, the brakes inadvertently engaged, causing the rear-end of the motorcycle to wobble. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The dealer tightened the front brakes; however, the failure recurred. Upon investigation, the contact related the failure to the speed sensor traction control. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact to take the vehicle to a dealer. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.”
