“I went to turn the car on and it wouldn't start. As I tried to take the key out of the ignition it locked itself in and have not been able to remove it.I was going to attempt the car jump but I couldn't put the car in neutral to move it to a position to get a jump because the gear shift is also locked. It is impossible to move this car as is.”

“The steering gives out on my 2007 chevy Cobalt and there is play in the steering when it does work as well as popping and rattling noises. It is very dangerous, hard to steer, the steering locks up and I have lost control of the vehicle several times as a result. This happens when the vehicle is in motion when turning either left or right.”

“I started my vehicle and put in reverse and I noticed that the steering wheel was a little stiff. I looked down and saw the power steering signal on the dash. On the expressway, on the way home, at times it worked smoothly and at other times it got hard to handle. It was fairly consistent (on working intermittently) on the way home even on main roads doing 35-45 miles per hour.”
