“While driving the transmission system malfunctioned due to parts in the transmission deteriorating. This, in turn, caused the throttle to stick in a open position , resulting in vehicle accelerating at high speed. The braking system was inoperative. Occupant had to turn off the vehicle. Dealer replaced transmission.”
