“In December 2020 my vehicle was involved in an accident where I hit a curb which cracked my rim and deployed airbags. My airbag light is on I'm passenger seat belt is stuck due to airbag.”
NHTSA complaint #11464660, filed 2022-05“The driver side seat belt did not lock in time like it was supposed to when i got rear ended today, causing my head the hit the steering wheel very very hard. I wouldn't have hit the steering wheel if my seat belt would have locked in place like its supposed to. It has not been confirmed or reproduced by a service center. The car is now being inspected by the police, and the insurance representatives. No warning lamps were on, and there wasn't any kind of messages or any other symptoms prior to the failure.”
