“While driving on the highway engine and brakes failed at the same time. Vehicle was towed to the dealer, who determined that power steering shaft separated, and dealer replaced the power steering pump. Dealer stated that vehicle required hydraulic assist; therefore, if vehicle looses hydraulic fluid, vehicle will loose both power steering and brake.”
NHTSA complaint #10057757, filed 2004-05“Knocking on front end and faulty rear end. Parts were replaced twice on the front and rear end of the vehicle. The radio was replaced, the power steering was noisy, the mirror vibrated when traveling at a high speed. The exhaust system was emitting white smoke. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for repairs over 15 times”
