“Rented a 2017 chevy Impala for a 10 day 3000 mile road trip.I did the driving and my wife, 5' 1 , spent the trip in the passenger seat. Due to the extreme forward position of the headrest and lack of headrest adjustment she was miserable the whole trip. I had been planing on buying that exact car, not now. I'll buy a used car with headrests that make sense, the ones on the new cars don't.”

NHTSA complaint #11047196, filed 2017-11
