“Blower motor stopped working last year. I had a new blower motor installed and the replacement stopped working. When I brought my truck to be repaired for the second time, I was informed that there is a problem with the wiring/resistor which supplies power to the blower motor. Apparently, the motor pulls more power than the wiring is rated for which causes it to heat up and burn the insulation off of the wiring under the dashboard. …”
NHTSA complaint #10355756, filed 2010-09, 155,000 miles“The defroster kickes on in the middle of driving, since I got this truck. I will be driving down the rd, and all of the sudden my windshield fogges up very rapidly. Last time, a semi was behind us and my wife and son were with me. We were almost killed!!!my warranty was very short lived since this was used when I bough it. My wife, and son also drive chevys & gmc.I have taken it to dealers but they say I have to pay 100's of dollars to repair it, then it may not be repairable that it is automatic. We will never buy gmc or chevy again. …”

The contact crashed into a telephone pole and the brake lights cracked.
