“Upon starting my 2002 Chevrolet silverado with duramax engine to move it backwards 40 feet to hookup a trailer, I had no apparent power assist on brakes or steering. A second attempt to restart the engine and back up resulted in the same result, no power assist on steering or brakes. A third attempt to move the truck proved successful. This is first time this condition has appeared on this vehicle.”
