“My doors lock with the car with the keys in the car, my kids were in my car and I got locked out with my keys in it, there was a battery replacement done when I took my car in for a recall notice a month ago (maybe 2 months), also the lock button works but when I push the middle button it will not auto start , when I push the button on the handle outside the car door it will not unlock,& my car will tell me that my remote isn't detected when the keys are in the car. …”

NHTSA complaint #11416217, filed 2021-05, 68,000 miles

“Odometer Fraud. The contact purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Suburban. The contact stated that while purchasing an aftermarket warranty coverage, the warranty company informed the contact that there was a mileage discrepancy based on the Carfax report. The vehicle was a dealer sale. At the time of purchase, the mileage was 123,959; however, the Carfax report listed the mileage at 129,000 one month prior to the purchase.”

NHTSA complaint #11730756, filed 2026-04, 129,000 miles

“The stability track lights keeps coming on and off. Dealer can't seem to find out what the problem is. It does not leave a code in order to find out what the problem is. When the light comes on it affects the cruise control and steering assist. This occurs while driving the vehicle. It doesn't matter if you are on a city street or highway.”

NHTSA complaint #11383521, filed 2020-12, 30,000 miles

“My vehicle completely shuts off while driving. All of the components on the dash and even my steering wheel moves into the prestarted vehicle position. It has happened 3 times in the past week now. One particular instance, I was on the highway and thankfully it came back on immediately before completely stopping but shutting off while driving 65mph is so dangerous.”

NHTSA complaint #11682767, filed 2025-08

“I've taken this SUV to the Chevy dealership 4 times now for the same issue. SUV will not start at times then starts, it will even turn off on the road without warning. New Battery and Chevy can not find out issues $500.00 later. The brake pedal becomes hard to push down, and it will not start: wait 10 mins or so and it will start. Even the remote start at times will not work. Chevy has had it for 30 days at a time and I'm being told to bring it back when it happens, how do I that!”
