This is the email I sent to Walmart Claims Service, Inc. First of all, the tires were installed in the wrong manner. The Tire Pressure Sensor Monitor (TPMS) was installed on all four tires. I was fraudulently told that the car battery was bad and that the TPMS were unable to be reset. My auto battery was only purchased 3 months ago and the best battery that can be purchased from NAPA for my vehicle. …”

The contact stated that the front passenger tire rim was fractured. The dealer advised that the vehicle was safe to drive. Within two months, the tire exploded while the contact was driving 60 MPH. The dealer replaced the tire at the contact's expense. The vehicle was later inspected and the contact was advised that the front driver side tire exhibited extreme tread wear. The tire was replaced at the contact's expense. …”
