“When I purchase the vehicle the airbag light was on and haven't went off yet and I had the vehicle since september 2020. Also when it rains for a long period of time and I use my wind shield wipers they will not go off I have to take the fuse out for them to stop for a couple of days. I've spoke with the place I got the car from and they started that the warranty doesn't cover the issues that the car previously had before I purchased it within the 30 days I purchase the car as well.”

NHTSA complaint #11389502, filed 2021-01, 64,000 miles

“Vehicle is a safety hazard. On 7/28/2017 I almost at a fatal accident and almost ran off of the road due to impair vision. 1 of my complaints to dealership and Chrysler was that my front windshield defroster is not working. I have expressed my concern and fear to both parties. Also, I have other on going issues with the transmission, stalling, hesitating, pulling side to side, consuming gas, jerking, making a clucking noise, HVAC issues, drive shaft and shifting gears.”

NHTSA complaint #11011893, filed 2017-08, 4,200 miles

“First, there is the HVAC/windshield defrost. My concern with that condition is that my vehicle is my main source of travel and to have the HVAC to work properly in the summer is vital as well, as having a clear windshield. A breakdown at night, an accident, hitting a pole hole, something or someone would be far worse than a mere inconvenience. Incidentally, my intended use of the vehicle was made quite clear to the sales staff when I bought it. Second, and the matter of far greater concern to me is the transmission. …”

NHTSA complaint #11045252, filed 2017-11, 37,500 miles

“I own a 2015 Chrysler 200 .I was driving it the first month when I bought it( which is july 2016) and unexpectedly the car started to slow down from 55 to 35mph . I was really surprised because I wasn't even hitting the brake.I went to the dealer and check, he told me that everything is ok. But last month I was driving home , I saw something on the road at the last minute . I slowed down but the car didn't respong ,I hit that thing. I didn't even know what it was.maybe an animal or something that was laying down on the road. The front of my car was broken. One of my headlight is broken. …”

NHTSA complaint #10925972, filed 2016-11, 21,590 miles
