“My car as continually given me problems with flickering headlights. I contacted my local dealer and had them to check it out and found nothing, but the problem still exist. No mechanic can find the problem, but it still exist. I have been to a few Chrysler forums and see other owners are experiencing the same problem. This has been a real frightening experience me and my family.”

NHTSA complaint #10855407, filed 2016-04, 232,231 miles

“The vehicle will frequently shut off while driving. It will completely lose power. It also stalls, the gear shift has gotten stuck in park and would not move. The main concern is the fact that it cut off on me on the highway again today at 75mph!! Very dangerous!! Luckily the semi truck was able to swerve around me but that could have been a fatal accident! Something needs to be done about this....”

NHTSA complaint #10626802, filed 2014-08, 67,000 miles

“Low oil levels, oil light and check engine light always on. Kept taking the car in to have it checked, we were told nothing was wrong, just keep adding oil. That made no sense as there had to be a reason for this. Was finally diagnosed as oil sludge and engine was destroyed and needed to be replaced. Also, because it caused the lights to be on for so long, I now need to have the computer replaced that controls the sensors for those.”
