Example complaints

Air bags: “There is a serious safety recall on NHTSA #24v-198 recall #19b 2018-2021 ld lxsabic inflator. Imhave taken car to dealership minimum 4 times to get this recall corrected. Thye just keep saying they dont have a fix for it. Well, thats unacceptable I have myself and small kids that have to ride in amunsafe vehicle. I am no longer driving the vehicle out of fear if it burst we could be killed what is being done abt this”

NHTSA complaint #11648216, filed 2025-03

Engine: “My car turns off periodically while I’m driving and when I’m stopped at a light. This is random, so I didn’t even go on freeways from fear the car will stop suddenly in heavy traffic and I be killed or injured badly I have taken it to the dealer and they keep saying nothing is wrong, last time they kept car for 3 days and said nothing found. I fear for my life, don’t even want to drive the vehicle anymore . It’s happened for the last months I strongly feel, they were waiting for my warranty to expire so they kept saying nothing wrong”

NHTSA complaint #11648218, filed 2025-03

Other or unknown: “I have a 2021 Chrysler 300 S and before I had purchased this vehicle, there was a safety recall fixed for the front windshield adhesive. Whom ever completed the recall issue, did not do it correctly. The whole top on the windshield is really wavy. I'm very concerned about this because this is my daily driver and I have 3 kids. It's obvious that a windshield is not supposed to flex like it is.”

NHTSA complaint #11545757, filed 2023-09

Seat belts: “Chrysler 300 2021 Vehicle keeps stalling, turning off while driving or if stopped at light or stop sign to loan just shuts random times and not Al way but enough to be dangerous when it stalls on freeway or in traffic Seat belt Driver seat belt just broke, split in half- safety issue. They replaced it but the metal seems to cut the seat belt and it probably will happen again Safety recall on Takata airbag, after replaced-air conditioning stopped working very concerning”
