“Emergency brake light on but brake was off. Stopped by dealer and service rep. Said emergency break was not fully released and he released it. About a week later the light came on again and this time the brake was on and I was unable to release it all the way. Went to the dealer again and the service rep. Said the park brake racket needed to be replaced and since the dash board would have to be taken off the cost for the part and labor would be $841.81. Wow that's a lot of money for a retired person.”

“The contact stated that after the purchase of the vehicle there were problems with the brakes which were caused by improper installation of the brake line. The engine also made several clunky noises. On a second visit to the dealer the engine began to smoke indicating a blowout. The dealer determined the blow out was due to poor maintenance. The components affected were the timing chain, the control panel and the engine.”
