“Seat belt / restraint connector lock failed to properly function. This was communicated by children complaining that the seat belt not working. While attempting to make another seat in the vehicle available and verifying that seat belt was functioning properly, it was notice I notice could here loose part in the internal locking mechanism connector harness. I used a flash light to see the part. I could only detect/see a small broken black plastic item. This is a high concern and is directly related to safety.”
