“I received a recall notice years ago & wrote you asking why I haven't heard from you re: my airbags & you said they didn't have any & asked me to tell you where I'd like them fixed. I told you & have never heard back. It's been years & I drive around with bad airbags on a recall notice? There's always been something wrong with the driver's seatbelt also & it dings all the time.”

“I was notified of a recall back in september 2016. It is now august 2017 and there is still not a remedy. It's entirely too long of a time for me and my daughter to ride in that dangerous car! Too long and they don't seem to care at all.”

NHTSA complaint #11013136, filed 2017-08

“I've had major problems with this vehicle . Since I purchased it has been in the auto shop to be repaired on 3 separate occasionshower. I would like to return the car my loan to be paid off . And purchase anot her vehicle.”

NHTSA complaint #10947347, filed 2017-01

“I've spent $1500.00 on electric alone. I've been notified there is a recall on tis vehicle (seatb er let's & airbags) . I would like Chrysler to buy this car back so I can get a dependable vehicle that's safe.”

NHTSA complaint #10948121, filed 2017-01

“Chrysler Sebring recall it's been 6 months since I got this recall notice. Thank fully I have a spare car to use as I have a 5 year old daughter and I refuse to drive her in this car. I refuse to because if something did happen, Chrysler would blame me for riding in a recalled car that's been in a recall for six months now! This is ridiculous! If the car wasn't paid for,I'd sell it to get rid of it. I'd never sell a car in a recall so I am stuck with it until the year 2020 when they finally decide to make the part to fix it. I know I will never never buy another Chrysler. …”
