“I own a 2004 Chrysler Town And Country. While driving on the highway at 60 MPH I noticed in my rear view mirror that the plastic covering on the rear outside lights was almost all the way off. I stopped the car and saw that it had come unglued and was about to fall off so I took it off to avoid causing an accident or injury.”

NHTSA complaint #10242344, filed 2008-09, 133,000 miles

“Found both brake lights staying on after applying brake or using remote door locks on key. Lights will go off eventually, but driving is not safe. Pulled fuse and brake switch- lights still on.”

NHTSA complaint #11004271, filed 2017-07, 187,000 miles

NHTSA complaint #10152713, filed 2006-03, 32,000 miles

“I went to turn on my headlights, and they didn't come on. All the other lights work. Parking, dash, tail, and the high beam indicator. But no headlights. Also l read that people complained about windshield washer' not working. I tried mine and they also didn't work. I see there is a recall on same problem with the 2005 - 2007 Chrysler town and country limited and they are under a recall. Mine is a 2004 T & Country limited.it My mechanic has checked all the fuses and relay's and can't find anything wrong except for the lights and wind washers not working. …”

NHTSA complaint #11424165, filed 2021-07

The contact mentioned that only the parking lights functioned whenever the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired.
