“The headlights turned off while driving at night. They would not function if I used the remote to open the doors. They would turn on, then turn off on their own. I tried disconnecting the battery to reset. Worked a couple of times. But tonight it really scares me because they turned off while driving! I got home safely because it happpened close to home in the city.”

NHTSA complaint #11031980, filed 2017-10, 97,000 miles

“Dash lights on instrument panel/cluster are not working. Can not see how fast I am going unless I hold a light to the panel. Took it to the dealer for diagnosis. Instructed that the instrument panel needed replaced. Part at the dealership is $500 plus 3 hours of labor. Vehicle can be in motion and stationary and I still have no dash lights.”

NHTSA complaint #10909858, filed 2016-09, 240,000 miles

“Headlights randomly won't turn on, or will flicker and die with no warning. Toggling the switch does nothing, I can only get the fog lights to give me any light to see by. Initial problem occurred in the driveway, car was stationary. Have had them go out while driving on city streets as well.”

NHTSA complaint #10981038, filed 2017-04, 90,200 miles

“Over the last year I have had at least 6 instances where, when I start the vehicle after dark, the headlights will flash a number of times but will not stay on. On several occasions I was forced to drive home in the dark with no headlights because of this issue. I have listed the most recent incident”

NHTSA complaint #10863693, filed 2016-05, 85,000 miles

“While driving down the road my head lights flicker then go out, very dangerous. Have taken it to dealer and they dont know what causes this, they say they have never heard of this, we replaced switch, not fixed. Dealer is telling me to replace tipm, $800 to $1000. I bought this van 6 months ago. Wow any suggestions?”
