“I have had to replace the tipm twice in the 1 year I owned the vehicle. First issue I had was with the vehicle not starting after many attempts while in a undesirable location. The second time the tipm was replaced was after my headlights would either work or not work and sometimes only one headlight would turn on. It was sporadic. This could lead to safety issues.”

NHTSA complaint #11351005, filed 2020-08, 77,000 miles

“My vehicle shutsdown intermittently right after starting it either remotely or via the key. This tends to happen after the vehicle sits for a bit. The traction control light comes on and the car shuts down - no power steering etc. I just bought this vehicle and have not replaced anything yet. A google search indicates this is a common issue. Any help or direction to resolve the issue would help.”

NHTSA complaint #11378223, filed 2020-12, 85,600 miles

“My 2000 Chrysler town & country 2010 model will not start. When I try to turn on the car one click happens and all other electrical things work and gages turn over but the car will not start. I wait 5-10 minutes and then the car starts. I have replaced starter and battery still the problem occurs. This has happened several times over the last 3 years.”

NHTSA complaint #11034390, filed 2017-10, 85,000 miles

“Dash lights on instrument panel/cluster are not working. Can not see how fast I am going unless I hold a light to the panel. Took it to the dealer for diagnosis. Instructed that the instrument panel needed replaced. Part at the dealership is $500 plus 3 hours of labor. Vehicle can be in motion and stationary and I still have no dash lights.”

NHTSA complaint #10909858, filed 2016-09, 240,000 miles

“While driving at low speed, rpms between 1000 and 1500 the vehicle stutters and at times shuts off. We have to put in park and restart the vehicle. It has been happening for awhile now but it is now more frequent. The date below is when it last happened. I would say it has been 4 times in the last month.”
