“The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Caravan. The contact stated that when doing a regular service on the vehicle, he noticed that the right strut separated from the vehicle. The cause of the separation of the right strut was unknown. The vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 114,000.”

A couple of days after the vehicle was purchased, the vehicle began pulling to the right while driving 25 MPH. The vehicle was returned to the dealer two days later for inspection and they stated that the roads were the cause of the failure, not the vehicle. Two weeks later, the vehicle was taken to the dealer again because the issue recurred. The vehicle was inspected and it was determined that the balance bar was off and repaired for free. Two months after the repair, the vehicle was returned to the dealer, but no failures were found. …”
