2013 Dodge Dart Electrical system Problems

“There has to be some kind of issue with my vehicles computer system. My iphone no longer connects to the car via bluetooth, the entire computer screen will shut down and reload randomly, the reverse camera goes in and out (sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, and there are times when the buttons on the radio function won't work at all.”

“When a passenger gets in the pasenger seat the air bag and no seatbelt comes on blinking and dinging the whole time I am driving. Today my check engine light came on so I took it to auto zone and had the codes read adn it came up with the following p0520 engine oil pressure sensor/switch circuit and code u0140 lost communication with body control module.”

“My Dodge DART wipers remain turned on, with no ability to control the speeds or use windshield wiper fluid. After inspecting, the control ribbon cable rubs against plastic whenever blinkers are used. This is a very common issue and almost caused a crash when driving in bad weather. Dodge needs a recall because of this design. I can have the part replaced, however it could just reoccur again. The vehicle only has 44,000 miles”

“About a year ago while driving all of the dashboard lights would come on such as check engine light and tire pressure lights. Then these lights would randomly turn off. This would happen on and off for a few months. I had the car diagnosed twice and they found no issues. Now I have not had and issues with the dash lights coming on for about the last 6 month except for now the radio completely blacks out for about 15 seconds and it knocks out my dash board speedometers they all completely drop down to zero and this happens while driving even on the highway. …”
