“I was driving to work and my steering axel on the right hand front tire broke in half. I thought that I hit a pot hole but there was no pot hole. I called the dealer and they did not want to fix it. I called the chrysler company and they stated there wasn't any recalls. I find it a little wired that there was I didn't get a flat tire the axel just broke.”
NHTSA complaint #10730476, filed 2015-06, 3,400 miles“Suspension is too easily adjusted. The littlest bump will throw out alignment and have the receipts to prove. Wheels bend easily, specifically 18 inch rims. Engine used too much oil and leaves your car to shut off automatically which is added as the issue is know to happen. I am 2,500 miles away from an oil change and I need to add oil because the car uses so much. The issue is know by Dodge and online thousands of people know about it.”
NHTSA complaint #11268143, filed 2019-10, 50,000 miles“I have had issues since the day I bought the car. I have 26,000 miles and am on my third set of tires. The dealer tells me that they do not feel anything is wrong yet the tires keep wearing out and one recently had a bulge, I complained of a whirling sound and they told me it was the tires, I replaced the tires and it is still there. I keep taking the car in and it is one excuse after another. I report the issues to Dodge and they tell me to go to the dealer. …”
NHTSA complaint #11131010, filed 2018-09, 13,000 miles“Tires always low. I have replaced all my tires and some more then once. I tried avoiding drain because cover was missing and hit a bump car bounced out of control and hit uncovered drain anyway. Had to file insurance claim had almost $3,000 in damages. I hate my car.”
NHTSA complaint #10836578, filed 2016-02, 25,000 miles“Brake lines popped leaking fluid on ground and the tire pressure sensor has been on for a long time and I keep getting told that I just need to drive it”
