“Front seat belts don't release on my 2003 Dodge Durango. When seatbelts are worn and engaged the locking device won't disengage. I have to giggle, rattle and pull on the mechanism for the seatbelt to unlock. The defect has been occuring for months and is continous. The problem has not been corrected.”
