Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“UNKNOWN reason for failure. The driver side and passenger side seat belts will not retract and do not get tight. This is very dangerous!!!! There are thousands of Durango owners dealing with the same problem. This should be recalled immediately! It will not be good if someone were in an accident and departed from the vehicle because the seat belts weren't working properly!”
