“The outboard position seatbelt systems in the middle seat has the plastic latch cover missing. The metal of the latch is the only remaining part of both outboard latches. This was noticed when I went to install a child restraint in the vehicle. I have spoken to other owners who have had the same issue.”

NHTSA complaint #10281132, filed 2009-08, 64,000 miles

“I hydroplained off the road, and hit a telephone pole at about 60 MPH. I smashed the driver side fender into the motor, and broke the frame. Also, I broke both seats in the front back.the Dodge investigator totaled it . I asked Dodge what the were going to do, they said that I had to hit the pole directly in the front. I guess the front fender isn't front enough, or breaking the frame in the front isn't enough. The seats broke back and my seatbelt didn't keep me in my seat, I ended up in the back. I am still having problems with my broken wrist,l and my shoulder. …”

NHTSA complaint #10106160, filed 2005-01, 6,000 miles

“The seat belt fastener fell apart. Plastic casing separated and components that lock seat belt into fastener fell out. This is in the third row which is used rarely. Quick search online shows that this seems to be a frequent problem that has not been addressed by a recall. Considering the back seat (third row) is primarily for children given the limited leg room it is especially concerning.”

NHTSA complaint #10461112, filed 2012-06, 102,000 miles

“When my wife puts the seat where it is comfortable for her the back of the seat rubs against the seatbelt retractor, preventing it from retracting and leaving the belt loose.”

NHTSA complaint #10110040, filed 2005-02, 2 miles

“Dt: the contact stated while driving at normal highway speeds the vehicle stalled without warning. When the stalling occurred the vehicle lost power. The first time this happened the vehicle was taken to the dealership for diagnostic testing. The dealer flashed the computer, and determined this would fix the problem. The vehicle operated normally for one and half months. The stalling returned suddenly without warning , and the vehicle was returned to the dealer a second time. The dealer determined the computer was bad , and it was replaced. …”
