“2005 Dodge Durango slt 4x4 tire pressure warning light I purchased this vehicle new with approximately 35 miles on it. We test drove the vehicle and noticed the tire pressure warning light was on. It was taken to the service department as we were in discussing financing. It was brought out to us to take home and the light was still on. It was taken back to the service department to be checked again. One hour later it was brought back out and the light was still on. …”

While driving 45 MPH, the rear driver's tire blew out and shredded without warning. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The VIN and DOT number were unknown. The tire and vehicle failure mileage was 174,000.”
