“The neutral button has became stuck which sends a message on the dash to shift in neutral for tow mode or to drive 3-5mph to put in low awd so I did according to owners manual and now the transfer case is stuck in neutral for towing behind rv neutral button is stuck so now it is unavailable to drive, which leads me to believe a faulty neutral switch if you read Dodge forums others have had same issues”

“Our Durango has had major issues since the day we bought it. We have nearly died in three occassions due to malfunctioning of the vehicle for issues the manufacturer was well aware of and did not address in a timely fashion. We have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on repairs including replacing the tipm, altenator (twice), brake booster, #2 engine cylinder, transmission intercooler, and dozens of other issues. …”

“I was driving the SUV in about 30 degree weather attempting to enter the highway when I lost almost all engine power simultaneously the check engine light tripped. Luckily there were no vehicles behind me, I was able to make it to the next exit. The code tripped was : po6dd mod $00 engine oil pressure control circuit performance/stuck off. Is this safe? And do the electrical issues with the other modules have any effect on this?”

“My vehicle was in motion on a city street when it completely shut down without warning. The engine stalled and there was no power to the vehicle whatsoever. I was unable to steer, brake, put the car in neutral, roll down windows, unlock doors, or have my hazard lights on. I was blocking traffic and had no way to signal to other drivers that my vehicle was stalled in the middle of the road. After having it towed to the dealer, I was told the alternator shorted out, which in turn fried the battery and powertrain module. …”

“I initially bought the 2011 Dodge Durango from gillman nissan of rosenberg tx. Three months after buying it all of the electrical on the vehicle went haywire while driving on the interstate and stalled out. My husband looked at it and had it towed to gillman nissan where they determined it was a powertrain issue where it was sent to Dodge. After it was sent to Dodge they stated that it wasn't a warranty issue and forced my husband to pay the towing and an additional fee of $100 to look at it. …”
