NHTSA complaint #10302264, filed 2010-01, 74,000 miles“The contact owns a 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan. While driving approximately 30 MPH, the contact crashed into another vehicle. The contact sustained a head concussion, left knee injury and suffered body pain. The driver side seat belt webbing would not secure tightly and caused the driver to strike the steering wheel. The air bags failed to deploy with the impact involved. A police report was filed of the incident. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer and repaired for the body damages. …”

The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, another vehicle crashed into the rear passenger side of the vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. The air bags warning light illuminated. The contact stated that her face hit the steering wheel. A police report was filed. The contact drove to the nearest hospital, however, she was unconscious upon arrival and was transported inside the hospital. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence. The contact had been seeking medical assistance. …”
