“The contact owns a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated while driving 5 MPH, the low oil pressure warning light was illuminated. The contact stated that upon pulling to the side of the road and checking the oil level, the contact noticed that the oil level was significantly low. The vehicle was taken to the nearby Jiffy Lube, where it was diagnosed that the engine oil cooler had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was being repaired. An unknown dealer was contacted. …”
