“The contact owns a 2012 Dodge Journey. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the air conditioner activated and deactivated independently. The failure recurred on numerous occasions. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, who was unable to diagnose or repair the vehicle. The manufacturer was notified of the issue.
