“Driving alone a city street and pulled into a shop and the car had a cloud of smoke, as I was parking, then noticed fluid running from underneath. I didn't know what had happen. A refund for repairs on this vehicle would help. And effort to someone letting me know why this happened , is the question”
NHTSA complaint #11221673, filed 2019-06, 96,310 miles“Two days ago my ABS and ESC light came on, I have also noticed since then I have no cruise control. In the winter here the roads are quite sick, and the antilock brakes that are on this vehicle no longer function. When I was driving into work and came to a stop light, I tried to stop and kept sliding as a result.”
NHTSA complaint #11064379, filed 2018-01, 35,000 miles“The traction control lights stay on as well as the ABS system, and the car goes into limp mode at regular speed and good driving conditions I took the car to the dealer and they said that the alternator was causing the problem, the alternator was only 3 months old and a brand new battery, but I replaced the alternator again and still have the same problem. I paid the dealer 170$ for the diagnostics and it did not solve my problem now if I go back they will want to soak me for more money”
NHTSA complaint #11343397, filed 2020-08, 115,000 miles“While driving in normal conditions on the highway, the vehicle brakes were applied and I began to loss control of the vehicle. The vehicle then flipped over on its side and airbags eventually deployed. I was taken to the hospital for potential injuries from the incident. No citations were given for the loss to indicate negligence on my end. I believe this may have been resulted from the current recall on the vehicle.”
NHTSA complaint #10809176, filed 2015-12, 46,000 miles“The car stalled on me twice nearly getting into a wreck. Took it to the dealership where I bought it from they put it on the computer. They said that they could not find anything wrong. Then about 21/2 weeks later it did it again. I have a print out of the computer analysis.”
