“My 2014 Dodge Journey has never been in any kind of accident. One day I came out to my parked Journey and noticed the headrest on the passenger seat popped out of place. The plastic brackets that latch to the metal bar broke. I contacted Dodge to make them aware of the issue and said there was nothing they could do.”
