“The dash cluster started with the RPM guage stopped working at about 90,000 miles and now all of it is maxed out full gauges on the whole dash clucter and the speed odomiter still moves but is not correst its about 20mph off. I cant remember but I believe I was driving and noticed the RPM gauge first and weeks later I noticed all the other gauges”

NHTSA complaint #11091423, filed 2018-05, 90,000 miles

“Turn signals stopped working. Got a notice several years ago but the were fine then, not now. Apparently the x42 multifunction switch has now gone bad. I have 105,000 miles on truck which is still within the mileage range for coverage. Would like Dodge to replace this part at no charge for me it is a major safety issue.”

NHTSA complaint #11114658, filed 2018-07, 105,000 miles

“When turning on the left turn signal the right one comes on. Also sometimes when activating turn signals the wipers will come on as well as the window wash/spray. To correct the problem I have to hit the steering column and it will correct. I have spoken with other ram owners who have had the same experience.”

NHTSA complaint #10690443, filed 2015-02, 101,000 miles

“When the left turn signal is activated, immediately the right turn signal engages. The failure occurs intermittently. I've contacted the dealership and was told there is nothing they can do because the vehicle is out of warranty and manufacturer has not made a recall on my vehicle. This is extremely dangerous especially when entering the interstate.”

NHTSA complaint #10443439, filed 2012-01, 65,000 miles

“The tail light function of the trailer wiring harness stopped functioning. Still have use of brake and turn lights. This is hard to catch on a visual test since I usually check turn and brake functions. Towed for weeks before I was told of the malfunction. Therefore cannot see trailer at night. Dealership could not fix problem.”
