Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“I have a 200 Ford E-350. At 130,000 miles the spark plug blew out of number 8 cylinder. And broke the coil pack. Then blew out again at 155,000 mile and now has taken the threads with it. The engine must be pulled, in which will result in a huge bill for me. Ford should be made to recall this problem they have with many of there engines.”
