The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the failure was diagnosed as a spot weld failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 10,500.”

The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 33,000.”
