“Back-up Camera, the BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA only works intermittently. I'm being told me vehicle is not part of the current recall in the 2015 Expedition that was issued in April 2025, yet my vehicle (a 2015 Expedition) is experiencing the problems detailed in the recall. Why isn't my vehicle part of this recall, shouldn't the recall be expanded to all 2015 Expeditions experiencing problems with faulty back-up cameras?”
NHTSA complaint #11684387, filed 2025-09“The vehicle dashboard goes blank while driving, followed by the vehicle transmission slipping out of gear. This vehicle can be made available; however, it does not transfer gears. The problem has not been satisfactorily reproduced or diagnosed. The Ford service department simply stated that I needed a new transmission. The dashboard goes blank.”
