“The driver's headrest (and front passenger headrest) is set at such a forward angle that my head is pushed forward, causing pain in my neck. After talking with an orthopedic about the probably longterm issues with pressure on my head caused by the headrest, I was assured of creating a chronic physical neck problem. The headrest angle needs to be adjusted/tilted back slightly to provide just enough space for normal head movement while driving without constant contact with the headrest.”
NHTSA complaint #10680749, filed 2015-02, 3,000 miles“Front seat back cooling system (ted) is malfunctioning. When seat cooling is selected, after 30 minuets, the back of the front seats reach extreme temperatures, resulting in burning everyone that touches the back of the front seats. I've measure the temperatures, at the top of the map pocket, at over 115 degrees, when ambient temperatures were at 75 degrees. When ambient temperatures rise above 90 degrees, the front seat back temperature can reach up to 150 degrees or more! …”
