“On saturday, 6/2/18, myself, husband and another passenger were involved in an incident in goochland county, va. Road conditions were normal, no rough road, potholes and no items in roadway. We were traveling on a rural, two lane road with no side shoulders(just trees) when our left rear tire started vibrating and making a strange noise. Before we had time to slow down, we heard loud banging and crunching. Seeing as there was no place to pull over, we had to stop and investigate in the middle of the lane. What we saw was a still fully inflated tire, with the tread torn off and flapping. …”

Right front tire blew out which immediately caused the truck to veer off the right side of the highway, over a metal culvert, go airborne through a barbed wire fence at the corner posts, land in a pasture and continue through another barbed wire fence with metal fence posts. Distance traveled from road to stopping point approximately 70-75 yards. …”
