“While driving my 2019 Ford f250 on the highway at around 55 MPH ,hit a small rough patch on road and the steering wheel started shaking violently, almost lost control . Was able to lower speed and pulled over luckily me and my family did not crash. Ford need to be held accountable and fix this problem before someone gets killed! They need to address the problem with there steering components .”

This happens loaded or unloaded and with or without towing a trailer. Repairs were made but issue still present. Truck at dealer again for more repairs. This is a major safety issue and has caused my vehicle to be in two near accidents. My wife and kids will not ride in this vehicle.”

I slowed to approximately 35 and it went away. I bought the truck with 19,000 miles on it, and it now has 32,000. I did some research, and it is the 'death wobble.”

The only way to make it stop was to slow down to approximately 25 MPH on a busy highway. Any time I hit a bump in the road at ~55 MPH or more, this happens. Truck has 25800 miles. It has been doing this for the last couple of weeks, but up until this time, it was not near as bad. It is very dangerous and impossible to control without slowing down.”

This has occured to me four times at different locations, & at speeds ranging from 60mph - 80mph. Each time was a very hair raising situation to say the least. Also each time while trying to get the vehicle under control you had to slow down as soon as possible to get it to stop the severe wobble, & when I say severe wobble it felt like the front tires were going to come out from underneath the truck. …”
