“The contact owns a 2024 Ford F-350 SD. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the 360-degree camera screen failed to display the rearview, and a message stating that the full screen was not available was displayed. The contact stated that the fault was in the middle of the screen display, which failed to display the trailer that was hitched to the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and the wiring harness was replaced under an unknown recall. …”
