“The contact owns a 2000 Ford F-450 SD. The contact stated that the frame was cracked on both sides of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a dealer for repair. The frame was welded on three different occasions however, the remedy did not repair the failure. The contact was informed that the vehicle would need a new frame. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 103,000 and the current mileage was 130,000...updated 10/30/13 updated 10/31/2013”
