NHTSA complaint #865214, filed 2000-07“Consumer was at a stop sign driving in wet weather conditions and the vehicle was idling, foot was on the brake pedal and the vehicle suddenly accelerated, causing the consumer to have an accident; in addition, the driver's side air bag did not deploy.”
