“Takata recall Ford has been sending me recall notices. Urgent, scary but Ford lies and still does not have the replacements. I am being harassed by weekly notices. I have been to many dealerships, no parts. Ford is deceptive about these repairs. Please make the company stop sending me panic mail until they supply the parts. This is criminal, after 3 years!!!!”

“Takata recall Ford has not supplied the dealer with airbag for my vehicle, it's been 3 years of notices but no replacement because dealers don't have airbag. Ford keeps sending notices to me and I try to schedule but no dealer has airbag. Ford lies about free replacement. Ford should provide service if sending emails and loaners to all customers...3 years of notices--still no airbag replacement!!!!!”
