“I have received numerous notices about this recall, however I can not get a Ford dealer to replace the passenger side air bag, there always backed up or the do not have the parts, this has been going on for over a year, I was told not to drive the car by Ford motor co. Until it was repaired, yet there is always an excuse why they cant get to it. This car has sat in my garage long enough, I want it fixed”

“Takata recall. My local authorized Ford dealer has been unable to replace my passenger-side airbag because replacement parts are unavailable. My driver-side airbag has been replaced. The dealer is unable to tell me when parts will available or even provide an estimated time when parts will be available. I have made several attempts since I received the original recall notices in 2015 (driver-side) and 2016 (passenger-side). My last contact with dealer was jan 16, 2018. My repairs are not being accomplished in a timely manner.”
