Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“On my way to work while sitting in stopped traffic on I-95 i heard a loud pop and saw that my rear windshield glass had shattered and was being held together by the tint. I was 1.5 miles from the car dealer and pulled into their service center. Upon review of the glass the service center techs and collision center techs could not locate a point of impact that would cause the glass to combust the way it did and continue to crack while at the dealer.”
