Complete loss of acceleration, audible and visual notifications on my dashboard that were difficult to read as I was dealing with a dangerous situation. I was fortunate that there was a pull out immediately ahead and no traffic that allowed me to quickly get to safety. Had I been further up the highway or on a freeway, my life and that of drivers around me would have been in imminent danger as this was sudden and unexpected. …”

“The digital instrument cluster in my 2024 Genesis GV70 has failed multiple times while driving. The vehicle was taken to the dealership on December 20, 2025 for instrument cluster malfunction. The vehicle remained in the shop for approximately four weeks, and the instrument cluster module was replaced. The vehicle was returned to me on January 19, 2026 with representation that the issue had been corrected. On February 8, 2026, only 20 days after the repair, the instrument cluster failed again while the vehicle was in operation. The panel was completely inoperative for approximately two hours. …”
