“Purchased new 2020 Gmc Acadia denali in dec 2019. Vehicle was equipped with several dealer accessories include roof rail cross-beams. These were not in stock at time of purchase and returned after 1 week to install. After picking up the vehicle on my drive home, I heard a whistling/humming noise coming from the exterior at about 30 MPH. As I entered the highway and traveling at 65 MPH, the noise was deafening and the vehicle did not handle very well, vibration in the steering. I immediately returned to the dealer and determined the noise was from the roof rail cross-beams. …”

“While trying to reinstall the evenflo car seat, the latch to lock the car seat into place failed. The metal on the car seat is broken. The car seat has been used in the vehicle for less than a year, and if I had not noticed this upon trying to move the car seat it could have caused a serious injury should my child have been involved in an accident.”

“When it rains(or car wash) my power locks don't work. I get locked out of my car. My car reset itself in the middle of an intersection(like I turned it off and back on again). One of my gauges is always not working. The sunroof doesn't work right. Water is getting in the electrical area somehow. I've taken it to two chevrolet dealerships, but no help.”

NHTSA complaint #11646575, filed 2025-03

“I believe my car should be included in this recall. I've had the dealer check and they say it's nothing wrong with my car. 2020 GMC Acadia Fuel Pump Recall GMC has announced that 2781 vehicles have been affected by a Fuel Pump recall. General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2020 Buick Enclave, Cadillac XT5, Cadillac XT6, Chevrolet Traverse, and GMC Acadia vehicles. NHTSA complaint #11746751, filed 2026-06

“Received a power steering reduced notice when starting the car, noticed shortly after driving the temperature gauge had not moved from its resting position. A few trips later it still had not moved and the check engine light came on. Mechanic looked at it said it may be a sensor quoted $1k to fix. A few days later it randomly started working and the light went off so I did not have it fixed. About 4 months later the same code displayed on the dash with the same issues. This time I noticed the ac would not work either it only blew out hot air. …”
