“On june 2, 2020, my vehicle was in the driveway and caught fire. I'm not sure how it started. I heard a loud boom and went outside and saw my truck fully engulfed in flames. I purchased the vehicle on 11/15/2019. It had only 4015 miles at the time. The vehicle was stationary. The last time it was driven was at 4:00 pm on june 2nd and at 9:58 pm it was on fire.”

NHTSA complaint #11338266, filed 2020-07, 4,015 miles

“After my recall was fixed my truck locked into 4 wheel drive and I lost control of all my safety features. My lights would not work. They fixed what they said was a glitch in the recall and 3 weeks later my engine light came on again and my brake system started to show lights. They recalibrated the brake system recall again.”

NHTSA complaint #11306185, filed 2020-01, 7,997 miles

“Started truck and many services lights came on service ESC, brakes lights, steering lights all warnings. On star called and said I had a brake failure. I was backing out of driveway and could hardly stop the truck as I was approaching the road”

NHTSA complaint #11306595, filed 2020-02, 5,600 miles

“While driving down road, sudden message of no oil pressure, turn off engine immediately . Was able to pull over with no power (luckily it was safe to do so at the time). Left a large puddle of oil underneath the front of the vehicle. Also, left large cloud of smoke from oil splashing on hot components underneath vehicle (exhaust, etc...) behind me. Vehicle was undriveable and had to be towed. Large oil leak was the result of a burst oil cooler line. Dealer did not show me the failed part. Unable to confirm nature of burst .”

NHTSA complaint #11193645, filed 2019-04, 10,000 miles

“This truck is equipped with the 6.2L L87 and the motor seized up and shut off with no dash light warning and i stalled and rolled over a curb! This is very dangerous and now i have to pay 10k + out of Pocket for an engine replacement! Truck has low miles this is unacceptable and it needs to be in the recall , this is dangerous and it hurts people !”
