“On june 2, 2020, my vehicle was in the driveway and caught fire. I'm not sure how it started. I heard a loud boom and went outside and saw my truck fully engulfed in flames. I purchased the vehicle on 11/15/2019. It had only 4015 miles at the time. The vehicle was stationary. The last time it was driven was at 4:00 pm on june 2nd and at 9:58 pm it was on fire.”

“First week of ownership I noticed that the rear window had a water leak by rear driver seat. While inspecting the leak, I notice that the paint on the rear brake spoiler above the rear window had two black marks. Body shop technician rubbed his fingers on the spots and paint was rubbing off. I started to receive 'service steering column lock' messages intermittently and regularly during startup. Heating indicator lights for all the seats do not light up to indicate their settings. This occurs while vehicle is stationary or on the road. …”

In the attached picture I have highlighted were the water is coming into the inside of the cab. Water can also be seen in the inside of the rear window and on the leather of the seats. This happens whether the vehicle is parked or driving. It was noticed at 1800 miles and its less then a month old.”

NHTSA complaint #11164092, filed 2018-12, 1,800 miles

“My tailgate has been unlatching while driving and I do not understand why. It came down while I had my trailer attached and it damaged the tailgate. No one is touching the button that unlatches the tailgate and it is closed when I start driving, but sometime before I arrive to the next destination it's miraculously down. This is very dangerous and I would like help getting it taken care of”
