“- The vehicle had loose front suspensions from the manufacturer on a brand new 2022 Honda Accord - This was a major safety concern due to driving the vehicle on the free way and could have caused death. - The problem was addressed by dealership and took it in for repair. - Yes vehicle was inspected by an Authorized Honda service facility. - No warning notifications popped up, I started hear ticking noise when turning the steering wheel in both directions which prompted me to having an issue. This happened about 6 months for the date of purchase/lease.”

The contact continued to drive the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who test drove the vehicle on a smooth road and diagnosed that no issues were found.
